Friday’s HIIT Workout!

Friday is Funday at the studio and today we did a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).

Here is what we did:

Use a timer and set it for 50 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. (there are tons of timer apps you can download)

Then go through each of these exercises three times.

1 – Squat kicks with 8 pound weights in your hands

2- Burpee

3 – Mountain Climber

4 – Surfer on Bosu

5 – Side step ups on Bosu Right knee up with 8 – 10 pounds in hands

6 – Side step up on Bosu with Left knee up, 8 – 10 pounds in hands

If you don’t have a bosu, then just use a step.
