
Cajun Shrimp Kebabs
• 3.6 oz. shrimp, raw
• ½ lemon
• 1 TBSP Cajun seasoning
• Fresh chopped parsley (to chop it, you may use
kitchen shears)
- Place shrimp in bowl and add 1 TBSP of Cajun
seasoning and toss to coat. Put shrimp on skewers (if
using wood skewers, soak in water for at least 20
minutes before using). You can also add onion,
tomato or any other veggie allowed on the protocol.
Squeeze on lemon juice and grill or broil until cooked
through. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
