How To Participate in a Challenge
To participate in any challenge – past, present or future – simply join my private Facebook Group, “Tina’s Health Challenges” and you’ll get access to it all!
When you join you’ll get immediate access to all the challenges. Each challenge is organized into a Unit. You can access these from the left sidebar of the group. All the videos, links, etc. are available inside.
WHEN IS THE NEXT CHALLENGE?
Challenges are hosted monthly. Each month on the first Monday of the month I will unveil what the next challenge is. The challenge of that month will start the following Monday (second Monday) of the month and will go for 1-week.

I wish I could attend the Summer Series but my supervisor is on vacation , so I won’t see you until the 102 Class. Do I have to participate in every challenge?
Heck no. I will say that it benefits you to participate in all of them but if you don’t have time to do it then just participate in the challenges you want to. No strings. All fun!
I really don’t want to share all my info with with whole world, can anyone see comments or images I post in the group?
This is a very important question. When I set up the group it was important to me that people feel welcome and free to be themselves without feeling self-conscious. The group is completely private and only people who are members can see what is posted in the group.
