The Dynamic Menopause Duo
Gwen and Tina are on a mission to inspire women to “cruise” the Menowave with grace, gratitude, confidence and ease. It all started in 2013 when out of menopausal despair, Gwen formed the Menopause Support Group seeking answers. Five years later, Gwen and the group were featured on Good Morning America.
In 2018, Tina joined Gwen in her inspirational pursuit and they started hosting cruises for women within their Menopause sisterhood. The cruises offer worthwhile travelling experiences that inspire, educate, encourage, and build strong relationships among our sisterhood in over 120 countries around the world. We are a community of accomplished women eager to have fun together while marking a significant milestone during our menopausal journeys.
