
Detox Cereal
• 5 tablespoons quinoa, uncooked
• 2 tablespoons millet, uncooked
• 1/2 cup brown rice, uncooked
• 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
• 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 3 cups purified water
• 1 tablespoon pure vanilla bean
• 1/2 cup freshly chopped apples. (1 small apple)
- Combine grains, sea salt, and cinnamon in a crock
pot. Mix well and stir in water and vanilla. Cover and
cook 6 to 8 hours on low setting. Add the fruit in the
last one to two hours of cooking. When fully cooked,
stir gently and add more water if desired. Serve hot,
drizzled with maple syrup, brown rice syrup, or
coconut nectar (use stevia if you are working on
dropping pounds).
