Detox Veggie Crunch
1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
10 Brussels sprouts, halved
6 cloves fresh garlic
3 tablespoons unrefined, organic
2 teaspoons sea salt
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Combine
the cauliflower florets, brussel sprouts, and
garlic in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle the
coconut oil over the vegetables and sprinkle
with sea salt.
Toss the vegetables gently so that they are
evenly coated with the oil and salt.
Spread out the vegetables on a baking stone
or glass cookware in an even layer.
Bake uncovered for 20 minutes. Stir the
vegetables and bake for another 10 minutes.
Another way to make this dish even healthier
is to simply steam the veggies and then
drizzle the oil and sea salt on top. Alternate
the recipe using any veggies you like such as
broccoli, carrots, sweet potatoes, or any others
you love from the list.
