Stop suffering in silence as there is life after prolapse!
Do you pee a little when you laugh?
Most people think that peeing themselves just a little when they laugh is an acceptable part of aging as well as back pain, sexual dysfunction, constipation, bloating and more.
Well, I’m here to tell you that it is absolutely NOT acceptable and it shouldn’t be. It’s likely you have a weak pelvic floor causing your organs to prolapse which causes all of these issues.
Stop suffering in silence as there is life after prolapse. My programs can help you.
What is a prolapse? Well, it’s when your pelvic floor is so weak that your bladder, rectum or uterus fall through the vagina. These leads to
- Incontinence (peeing yourself when you don’t want to)
- Problems with bowel movements
- Painful intercourse
Most of my life I have been obsessed with seeking flat abs and the “perfect figure,” which honestly has done more harm to my body and leading to a bladder prolapse. This isn’t fun to talk about and being transparent is important to me and if you can learn from my mistakes then it’s a good thing. The great news is that I’ve been able to correct it through Low Pressure Fitness (LPF).
LPF is a specialized postural and breathing technique that will have you standing tall and will slim your waistline all at the same time creating the strongest core you could ever ask for. LPF teaches you how to breathe from your diaphragm so you can take in more oxygen, corrects poor posture and helps your overall performance in sports and everyday life. This all leads to a gorgeous fit and toned body and a slim waistline vs bulky abs.
As a LPF trainer I help work all aspects of the functioning core such as the pelvic floor muscles, which help support our internal organs and keep them in place, while working together with the deepest transverse abdominals to create the stability of the pelvis.
Just doing crunches causes a tremendous amount of pressure on the pelvic floor causing these organs to prolapse. Where a LPF (core) workout is more than just an ab workout, it’s a full body workout.
There are many people who have pelvic organ prolapse and don’t know it or talk about it. Kegels are not the answer! If you are an athlete using the trampoline, running or using heavy weights then you are at risk. These activities add a tremendous amount of pressure on the pelvic floor and cause harm. Peeing yourself during a workout is very common in athletes and somehow has become acceptable, even celebrated! Ladies, it is NOT normal to pee yourself when you exercise, sneeze, cough or laugh and, if you do, then you have a prolapse which can be reversed.
There is hope! Low Pressure Fitness it is a full body workout which strengthens the core from the inside out and helps reverse or prevent prolapse giving you the gorgeous body you deserve.
