Finally Thin Forever

Top Foods List For Weight Loss

You want to be finally thin forever so start with eating these purifying foods to help you get there quickly.

Low Glycemic Fruits

All berries are the best fruit to consume for weight loss.  Fruits are full of water which helps flush out toxins. They also help with digestions and have lots of nutrients, fiber and vitamins essential for good health.

Green Foods

Fill your refrigerator with organic green leafy vegetables such as kale, spinach, alfalfa, chard, and arugula.  These veggies help with digestion and support the liver as they are full of chlorophyll which helps rid the body of those harmful toxins that surround us.

Lemons and Limes

Jump start your day and flush out nasty toxins that cause weight gain by squeezing 1/2 a lemon or lime in 8 oz of warm or room temperature water and drink it down.  You’ll be surprised at how much energy you’ll have.

Garlic

Garlic doesn’t just protect us from vampires, it protects us from toxins.  Eat it fresh daily as it will stimulate the liver to filter toxins. It’s natures natural intestinal disinfectant.

Broccoli Sprouts

The sprout holds all of the vitamins and minerals that the full grown plant holds so you can eat more of the sprouts and get  extremely high amounts of antioxidants that it provides.

Green Tea

Studies prove that green tea helps us lose weight as it’s antioxidants washes fat away.  Try matcha tea as it’s the entire tea ground up and is much more powerful.

Mung Beans

Although I don’t recommend beans for weight loss most of the time, mung beans are necessary as they are easy to digest and they actually absorb toxins from your intestines!  They are yummy as well.

Raw Vegetables

Eat your way thin with veggies!  Raw is best and lightly steamed is ok as well.  They truly set the foundation for a healthy life as they give you life with their vitamins, minerals, fiber  and more. Try them raw or even juiced (I juice in a vitamix so I get all the fiber as well) onions, carrots, artichokes, asparagus, broccoli, cabbage, kale, brussels sprouts, cauliflower, garlic, beet, turmeric, oregano and more.

Seeds and Nuts

Nuts make the bestest snacks in the world!  Just don’t eat more than 1 to 2 oz at a time which is the hardest part because they are so yummy.  They are full of good fats and protein which keep you satiated. Combine them with some veggies and you have a complete meal.  Please avoid nut butters that have added sugars, read your labels thoroughly and check the expiration dates.

Omega-3 Oils

Omega 3 oils such as fish oil, flax seed oil, walnut oils, hemp seeds, avocados are fantastic to help support the brain, lower inflammation (pain) as well as eliminating toxins as they lubricate the intestinal walls.  Include an Omega 3 supplement to your life as well as eating sardines, fatty fish such as salmon.
