An 8-Week Weight Loss Coaching Program
During these powerful group weight loss sessions, we will work together to:
- Form a crystal-clear vision for the ideal life you’ll be living in your new, slim, sexy and confident body.
- We will uncover hidden challenges that could be sabotaging your success with your weight loss efforts and keeping you fat.
- Leave the sessions renewed, reenergized and inspired to finally get thin, lose all the weight and keep it off forever so you can live in Joy, be Free of excess fat and be Healthy.
For these eight weeks we will be working together on the following:
- Clarify Your Direction and Vision – We will develop a very clear direction about where specifically you want to achieve with your health in great detail by working on your WHY. You will complete a comprehensive Health History form as well as a health profile at the beginning and end of the program.
- Strategize Your Actions – (THE PLAN) Together we will strategize your actions so once we have that clear vision to create a crystal-clear plan of exactly what you need to do to get the results you are looking for. When you wake up every morning you will know exactly what to do that day to achieve better health and in turn weight loss.
- Upgrade Your Skills – So there could be some skills you need to develop so you can carry out your plan to better health and weight loss more quickly and easily. Each week will be a lecture along with handouts on healthy eating so you can eat in peace and joy.
- Optimize Your Environment – We will work on optimizing your environment what that means is that I help people set things up so that it’s easy to be successful by removing friction in your environment. Distractions in your physical environment, social environment, mental environment so that they flow smoothly towards what a joyful, free and healthy life.
- Master Your Psychology – This is where I help you resolve your fears, doubts, and limiting beliefs so that you can live in the body you were meant to live in so you can be joyful, free and healthy. Mastering your psychology, the inner game is 92.8% of your success.
