Hibiscus Sun Tea

Harness the power of the sun to brew the ultimate lazy drink! No need to turn that kettle on. Just fill a pitcher with aromatics like mint and ginger, bags of hibiscus tea, and water, then set it in a sunny spot. Warm rays will do all the work, and in a few hours you’ll have a perfectly pink beverage, ready to sip.
Ingredients:
4 slices of fresh ginger
Large handful of fresh mint
Peels from 2 oranges
Room temperature water
2 to 4 bags of hibiscus tea
Honey, if desired
Special equipment: Large jar or pitcher
Recipe Steps:
Set out a pitcher and add the ginger, mint, and orange peels. Fill with room temperature water, then add tea bags. Brew in a sunny spot for 3 to 6 hours; discard tea bags. Sweeten with a squeeze of honey, if desired. Pour over a tall glass of ice and enjoy!
