Hello Folks, This is my favorite Summer drink!!!  Yes, it sounds funny and it is absolutely incredible to help quench your thirst, hydrate your body and give you all the electrolytes you need to have a healthy, happy and fun summer!

Moonshine

Ingredients:
  •  1 or 2 tablespoons organic apple cider vinegar
  •  juice of 1/2 fresh lemon
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • a pinch of stevia to taste
  • a few drops of orange or lemon extract (you may omit the lemon juice if using extract)
  • water and ice cubes
Recipe Steps:
  1. Add all to a mason jar and shake it
  2. drink it up with a straw
Optional – if you have a vitamix and prefer everything fresh then follow these directions
  • peel 1/2 lemon
  • peel 1/2 orange or grapefruit
  • 5 frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 inch to 1 inch fresh ginger
  • 1 or 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • pinch of Celtic sea salt
  • pinch of stevia to taste
 
  • Blend it up and drink away!
