While this season is meant to bring feelings of love and cheer, it’s also the harbinger of holiday stress for many. In fact, according to a poll conducted on this site, more than 80% of us find the holiday season to be ‘somewhat’ or ‘very’ stressful—that ranks navigating the holidays right up there with asking for a raise! What is it that has us all so hot and bothered? In this dynamic webinar you will discover how to minimize holiday stress, be smart with holiday eating, change your expectations for togetherness and find joy throughout the holiday season.
Prevent and Reverse DiseaseDo you have a personal or family history of certain diseases such as diabetes, high cholesterol, osteoporosis, high blood pressure, arthritis or even obesity? Discover the root causes of dis-ease as well as simple ways to prevent or reverse them through proper nutrition, hydration, exercise, and destressing modalities.
Men’s Health The average man pays less attention to his health than the average woman. Compared to women, men are more likely to drink alcohol, use tobacco, make risky choices, and not see a doctor for regular checkups. Men are assailed by the diseases that can affect anyone—heart disease, stroke, diabetes, cancer, depression… But they also have unique issues such as prostate cancer and benign prostate enlargement.
Many of the major health risks that men face can be prevented with a healthy lifestyle: regular exercise, a healthy diet, not smoking, stress reduction, and alcohol consumption in the moderate range (no more than two drinks a day) if at all. Regular checkups and screening tests can spot disease early, when it is easiest to treat.
So, don’t be an average man — get on board with protecting your health today.
