How can you with menopause in winter and stay warm and well during this transformative period.

As the temperature drops, it’s crucial to dress in layers. This way, you can easily regulate your body temperature, which can fluctuate unpredictably during menopause. Start with a lightweight, moisture-wicking layer to manage sweat and hot flashes, add an insulating layer for warmth, and finish with a stylish, warm outer layer. Consider investing in breathable fabrics like merino wool and natural fibers to avoid feeling overly hot and sweaty. 

Combatting Hot Flashes 🥵
Hot flashes can be especially bothersome during the winter when you’re bundled up in heavy clothing. Combat them by layering with lightweight fabrics and using moisture-wicking materials to help regulate your body temperature. Keep a small fan or handheld cooling device in your bag for emergencies.
