What is Your Picture of Health?

Many successful people have said that when embarking on a new regime, it’s best to have a vision or picture of your result – “start with the end in mind.” So begin to think about (or even write down) what your picture of health looks like, as it’s different for every person. The following is a list to help you create your picture of health. Symptoms of Health:
  • Physical energy, stamina and endurance
  • Mental Clarity, concentration, and better memory
  • Ability to focus, prioritize, and organize
  • Less fatigue, stress, and sick days
  • Better digestion and regular bowel movements
  • Strong bones and muscle flexibility
  • Freedom from aches and pains
  • Healthy teeth and gums
  • Ability to heal quickly after illness or injury
  • Feelings of confidence, courage, and self esteem
  • Ability to sleep easier, deeper, and more soundly
  • Maintain a weight that works well for your age, lifestyle, and size
  • Good skin tone, hair, and nails
Symptoms of Dis-Ease (Ill-Health):
  • Fatigue, lack of energy, and general malaise
  • Muscle and joint pain
  • Moodiness, focus, and attention problems
  • Mental confusion, fuzzy thinking, and poor memory
  • Food Cravings and binge eating
  • Anger, irritable, and inflexibility
  • Constant hunger
  • Abdominal pain, bloating, and discomfort
  • Dry, oily, and itchy skin
  • Dark circles under eyes
  • Excessive perspiration and body order
  • Brittle hair, fingernails, and toenails
  • Halitosis (bad breath)
