Pumpkin Nut Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

1/2 canned pumpkin
1/2 cup unsweetened almond or coconut
milk
2 or 3 tsp Chia seeds
1/4 cup protein powder (chocolate or
vanilla)
3-4 drops liquid Stevie (optional)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 to 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Recipe Steps:

Place all ingredients in a Vitamix or high powered
blender
Let chill for two hours and eat it up Yum!
