Essential Oil Shower Pods

by Nicole Gulotta for Thrive Market Our fun diffuser pods are the perfect way to enjoy the benefits of aromatherapy in your morning shower, and you can make them in advance so they’re ready when you are. Just place one on top of your shower drain, and enjoy the refreshing aroma while you scrub up.

What you need

2 cups baking soda ½ cup water Aura Cacia Lime Essential Oil Aura Cacia Black Pepper Essential Oil Silicone molds

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add baking soda to a large bowl, then gradually pour water in while stirring. Continue mixing until a chunky paste forms and the texture holds together. Pack into silicone molds and bake for 15 minutes. Let cool completely, then add 3 drops lime and 1 drop black pepper on top of each mold. Remove pods from the molds and place one over your shower drain to diffuse while you rinse.
