Crock-Pot Turkey Breast
- Turkey breast, bone in
- 1 large onion, roughly chopped
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 cups water or broth
- 5 cloves fresh garlic chopped
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
- Place the turkey breast in the center of the crockpot and place all the vegetables around it and cover with broth.
- Sprinkle the rest of the spices over the turkey.
- Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
- Serve with steamed broccoli drizzled with a tablespoon olive oil
