Warm Broccoli Soup


1/2 Avocado
6 -8 Broccoli Heads (lightly steamed,
6 minutes)
1/3 Red Onion
1 Celery Stick
1 clove Garlic (option to steam with
Big Handful of Spinach
An Inch of Root Ginger
Bragg Liquid Amino (Optional)
Cumin (Optional)
Pinch Sea Salt
Cayenne Pepper
2 Tbsp Olive oil

Recipe Steps:

Add all of the ingredients (except the olive oil)
into a blender or Vitamix. Pour into bowls while
still hot and drizzle olive oil on top with more sea
salt and cayenne pepper to taste.
The heat from the broccoli makes this a lovely,
gently warmed soup great for winter.
Serve with some poached chicken breast for a
complete meal.
