Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients:

1 cups full fat unsweetened organic
yogurt
1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries*
1/4 cup nut granola mix 

Recipe Steps:

In a parfait cup or bowl add the yogurt, add
the fresh fruit to the top and the nut granola.
Enjoy!
*If using frozen berries, prepare your parfait the
night before and add the berries to the bottom of
the bowl, then layer the rest.
